Incredibly Average posted a video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyv8erMNX9o which besides revealing that Heard has had a serious drinking problem that unlike the “problem” that Depp had of passing out, was generally acting stupid (and maybe being violent), also unearthed a lengthy text exchange between Heard and iO Tillett Wright, another of Heard’s' “friends” who she partied with but since dumped—or was she dumped since she wasn’t attached to an A-Lister anymore and was just another controlling, selfish person?
This text came right after the April 2016 birthday party; no mention by Heard of any abuse by Depp, only self-centered whining about turning 30, nothing about the poop on the bed as a reason why Depp apparently told her he was leaving her, and she was angry that iO hadn’t dropped her(his) own difficulties to fly across the country to join her “support” group. Heard claimed that she had a bad “trip” and had been afraid she would lapse into a coma, and be sent to the emergency room—not fearing she would “die,” but that she would break her “probation,” whatever that was referring to. iO retorted that Heard was not a good “friend” for allowing Raquel Pennington to repeatedly insult him/her (iO is transgender), and didn’t like to be around her. Heard repeatedly only referred to her own “problems,” not seeing the other person’s point of view, as is typical with a narcissist.
TheRealLauraB continued examining the unsealed documents, which reveal that Warner Brothers desperately tried to stop the U.S. trial because they knew it was going to be a bad look for Heard, and by extension the studio. People who were familiar with the evidence and the audio clips were outraged by the clearly prejudicial decision by the UK trial judge and wanted to get the truth out there, and since the U.S. trial was going before a jury of Depp’s peers, this was a chance for the truth to get a fair hearing. It wasn’t just that the Aquaman 2 film would be affected, but WB’s reputation for backing a liar and abuser like Heard while forcing Depp to “resign” from the Fantastic Beasts franchise would not be looked upon favorably if the evidence against Heard became public knowledge.

Robinson claimed that Depp’s team tried to stop Heard from breaking their non-disclosure agreement in order to provide “evidence” in defense of The Sun’s “wife-beater” story, which of course was false because Heard did testify.
Depp’s team denied this claim, arguing that since his libel lawsuit involved The Sun, not Heard, the tabloid was responsible for the evidence they claimed to have, and it was their responsibility to “ask” Heard to break the NDA (we can presume that Heard already broke the NDA anyways with the WP op-ed). Apparently the TRO was not sufficient evidence, since it was “temporary” and obviously just a ploy probably suggested by a lawyer or publicist, and broken by Heard herself with the San Francisco meeting. Of course, Heard’s team was hoping that by claiming that Depp’s team was refusing to allow her testimony, the case would be dropped.
Robinson doesn’t have a lot of credibility; she has also represented WikiLeaks’ Julian Assange, who since August has filed his (presumably) last available appeal before being extradited to the U.S. to face espionage charges. Does anyone wonder why only the U.S. and western governments have been the target of these leaks? It is because it has been Russian hackers employed by Russian intelligence that has been providing WikiLeaks with information that is of no use to them but it hopes will undermines democratic governments. The egotistical Robinson—who clearly has had no real claim to fame save for her blonde looks and her playing to self-serving advocacy where she can imagine she is a “victim” too—is not interested in the truth, like so many people who have advocated for Heard, and even though information at odds with her claims was out there, she chose to ignore the facts and publish false information.
Elsewhere, at Heir of Justice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DBQseTBFVOs a theory is discussed concerning where all Depp’s money went, that had been “managed” by TMG, which was later sued for mismanagement by Depp. Who was the party “close” to Depp who TMG was funneling money out of his bank account to without his knowledge or approval? Johnny was known for his generosity; who would try to steal money from him from behind his back? Is that supposed to be a “mystery”? Why was Heard so concerned about what people at TMG were telling Depp about where the money went? Why is Heard living high on the hog renting a luxury residence in Spain when she allegedly doesn’t have any money?
Well, we do know she is still in Spain because one of those TMZ-type media operations from Germany “accidentally” found her and her kid on the streets:
She smiled and said she didn’t have time for an interview, but the general consensus is that this was staged after the Washington Post Q score story. Of course Heard hasn’t said anything publically since the NBC interview, although Eve Barlow has taken it upon herself to “speak” for her, and Heard has apparently been “speaking” in other, more sinister ways that the mainstream media should be interested in, but in fact seems to be by its silence enabling Heard and her stans’ nefarious activities. Instead, while the mainstream media has been searching for crumbs to find “negative” stories about Depp, most people who get their news from MSM remain blissfully unaware.
So it shouldn’t come as a surprise the outrageous activities of Heard stans trying to undermine those supporting Depp have to be revealed outside the MSM, which continues to avoid harsh realities, like the tanking of its credibility. Not that it isn't for them a "story" that The Umbrella Guy has been targeted with police and CPS reports against him; it just isn't a story when the claims were found to be baseless and maliciously motivated. TUG has since filed an FBI report against those making the allegations, since it is a crime to use law enforcement as a vehicle to injure someone by making knowingly false claims.
Meanwhile there was a court case against the “private investigator” hired by Heard, Paul Barresi (who is not a PI by trade, but Heard apparently was under the impression that he would do, since he could play one and was a “supporter” to boot), in which Depp was named as a “co-conspirator.” The case, heard by a judge, was basically laughed out of court; the transcript of the proceedings https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLMd3P-PS2M&t=15s provided by TUG showed Richie Albertini (who brought the case) trying the patience of an increasingly exasperated judge.
Barresi was interviewed on the Law & Crime network, where he asserted “I was supposed to find instances of bad conduct, his (Depp’s) past in accordance with what Heard alleges, to find other women who were abused by Johnny. I searched for a while. I spoke to a great many people, I knocked on doors, And I couldn’t find one person to say one deprecating thing about him.” What he found instead was “dirt” on Heard and her posse. Of course when these comments became public, Heard could be said to unhappy, and she apparently paid people to take him “out.”
By his own admission Albertini was under the “employ” of Heard; he had worked previously in some club called the Viper Room and claims to have seen Depp doing naughty things, although he apparently was not viewed as credible because he never could find those “witnesses” to back up his claims. He has a video posted asserting these claims, but after six weeks the video has only been viewed 432 times with 9 “likes,” which shows you just how interested people are in listening to any more lies by Heard and her stans.
Albertini is certainly making things worse for Heard’s case by admitting to have been hired by her to put her "enemies" out of business, along with an accomplice named Christina Taft, who apparently is otherwise a nobody since she doesn’t come up on Google searches. Barresi posted this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwaoiLRfg94 in which among other things reveals how Taft tried to con a naïve woman into providing false testimony against him. Take it as you will; it just isn’t surprising.
Meanwhile, Heard stans discussion pages like r/DeppDelusion have been doing summersaults denying the psychotic behavior of Heard stans like themselves, and Kat Tenbarge is back again on the psycho warpath decrying “misogyny” that anyone would question Angelina Jolie’s “sincerity,” despite the fact that the media has been covering up for Jolie’s known mental health issues since her teen years, portraying her as a “victim” and playing up her self-serving “advocacy” which has more to do with self-promotion than actually helping anyone but herself—much like Heard.
