There is a 1994 David Mamet film called Oleanna, the title which refers to a “perfect” community which of course doesn’t exist, because people have competing ideas of what “perfect" is. William Macy plays a professor named John who is on track for tenure. He is visited in his office by a student named Carol, who is upset that he gave her a failing grade on her last assignment. He is at first cross because he has an important meeting to go to and she insists that he stay and “listen” to her. He tries to explain to her that using clichés mean nothing, and she admits she didn’t understand the assignment based on his own book.
John tells her that her work shows “anger,” which precludes the ability to "learn" different concepts other than her own. They have another meeting during which John patiently tries to explain the concepts being taught, but it is apparent that Carol has a political agenda and everything he says is “suspect” because he is a man. She makes illogical accusations about the “patriarchy” and “misogyny,” and he finally has enough and pushes her out of his office when she refuses to leave and insists on continuing to insult him. John is then told he has been accused of sexual harassment by Carol.
In one final
meeting, Carol presents a list of outrageous demands by her “group,” which is
obviously a radical feminist outfit, and if he agrees she will withdraw her
complaint. John tells her to leave; he then receives a phone call in which he
is told that Carol has accused him of rape. John is outraged by this lie, but Carol
tells him that in today’s society, touching a woman “inappropriately” can be
construed at least as attempted "rape."
Again John tells her to get out of his office. He then receives a phone call from his wife, who he refers to as “baby.” Carol orders him not to call his wife “baby,” which causes him to snap, and he starts hitting her before realizing what she has made him do, and deliberately so because she sneeringly implies that his life is finished. Who is going to believe the truth over the lies of a woman with an agenda to destroy "powerful" men?
This is the kind of situation I think we are dealing with both Amber Heard and her supporters. In their "perfect" world, everyone is supposed to think and act according to their rules based on their paranoid, self-serving narcissism, or else be "cancelled" or destroyed. The mainstream media and Heard's various stans have been on an “outrage” blitz over Johnny Depp’s brief guest star appearance in Rihanna’s fashion show. How dare she commit this "violence" against all DV victims by including him in her show? How dare she mock “survivors”:
As I’ve mentioned before, Heard’s supporters are a definite minority of people, but they just sound “bigger” because the mainstream media gives them a larger platform to speak from, and those in the media who recognize the truth are afraid to offer a contradictory view for fear of being “canceled.” Thus just one person in the mainstream media has a louder “voice” than 1,000 individual Depp supporters on social media. It means “nothing” that a pro-truth YouTube content has 10,000 “likes” and a pro-Heard content has 10 “likes.”
Here CNN claims that there is a “boycott” afoot; by who—people very unlikely to buy Rihanna’s line of sexy sleepwear anyways for “political” reasons?
The reality is that relatively few are listening to them anymore. Heard’s ex-girlfriend Cara Delevingne modeled for the show knowing Depp was going to be involved. Think she’s making a “statement” given that she probably blames Heard for getting her involved in her substance abuse and sex party scene which has given Cara D some bad publicity?
Here we see the reality, where after Depp’s appearance, sales of Rihanna’s products were in such demand that customers had to be put in a queue line:
Heard stans like self-obsessed fashion model Julia Fox are incredibly sick-minded people who tank their own credibility as well as that of their own “cause” by the way they espouse their support of Heard. OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney has been charged with the murder of her boyfriend; some reports noted that she had “issues” that were the cause of frequent arguments as recalled by neighbors, and the victim had told others of Clenney's often physically abusive behavior. Here we see Fox claiming that because there was blood on Clenney, she must have acted in “self-defense,” which not surprisingly angered many people:
Why was there blood on Clenney? Because she stabbed him!!! It’s his blood on her!!! The amount of blood on her underlines the brutality of her attack!!! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! Do we have to know anything else about these people who support Heard and even crazed killers?
Meanwhile the DUI guy dug-up a letter writing campaign submitted by Heard stans to the Virginia appeals court. Included were appeals to emotion, with one or two false claims thrown in for good measure:
I wonder who of Heard's exes is considered to be "deceased." Also something about the United States being “illegal”:
And then something about “illegality” being the “worst crime in the history of the world”:
The court deputy clerk, in a remarkable example of restraint, basically told the person who submitted these idiot missives to take a flying leap off a cliff or have the letters submitted by Heard’s lawyers, which I suspect they did try to do, but were declined because they would probably hurt Heard’s case by making them all look crazy and wasting the court’s time.
Funny how Heard's "friends," save for those still of use to her like Eve Barlow, are mostly "ghosting" her, while JD doesn't seem to be "hurting" for friends, even those who are supposed to be frightened to death from being anywhere near him:
What else? Margot Robbie is reporting that her Pirates of the Caribbean film is "dead." Are we supposed to read anything between the lines there, given that we are told that actors from the previous iterations might be returning to the franchise, including the Davy Jones character who was "teased" at the end of the last installment?
I’ll finish up here by noting ThatUmbrellaGuy reported that a low-level YouTube employee told him the reason why he was having trouble uploading a new video might be because there was a protection racket for Heard. It was suggested that companies like Warner Brothers, which spends hundreds of millions of dollars in ads for YouTube, may be applying “pressure” to restrict anti-Heard, pro-truth content out of fear that more bad publicity for Heard will hurt their bottom line, especially in regard to recouping the cost of Aquaman 2.
And then there is Elon Musk revealing to the world that he intends on using Twitter as a platform to espouse his right-wing ideology, attack “leftists” and protect far-right conspiracy content. I just wish he’d come clean about his “relationship” with Heard; is he paying her bills as some of us suspect if he is the “father” of her child? It would explain a lot of things about her current lifestyle—and wouldn’t be a “good look” for her if she is living off a billionaire sugar daddy when she claims to be “broke.”
