I think the only thing surprising about Cyber Ninjas’ final “report” is that by its count it actually “found” more votes for Joe Biden and fewer for Donald Trump, with Biden actually gaining a 360 vote margin. Why did we have to wait more than four weeks to find this out? Oh yeah, Doug Logan and company came down with the virus, or so they claimed. The truth may have something more to do with the continuing refusal of the Cyber Ninjas to comply with court orders to release emails and other communications with Arizona Senate Republicans concerning the audit. No doubt we would learn from those communications how it was “essential” for Cyber Ninjas to come up with something—anything—to “justify” this fraud of an audit.
No doubt when Cyber Ninjas unhappily informed Arizona Senate president Karen Fann that the audit not only confirmed Biden’s vote tally, but suggested that it might be interpreted if there was any “fraud” going on, it was on behalf of Trump (Biden ended-up with 99 more votes, Trump 261 fewer votes). Fann—who started this chicanery—needed to find a way to save face and not look like a complete partisan fool. We can deduce that the “partial” report provided last month to Fann was the one with the vote tally, but since that obviously did not provide any cover for this disaster, the “full report” was delayed so that Logan and his “ninjas” could go on absurd fishing expeditions and somehow fabricate “potential” areas of “concern.”
These included sharpies being used that could “bleed through” ballots and causing ballots to be “misread”—except that didn’t find any such ballots. The report also suggested that paper of different weights were used—but they couldn’t “prove” ballots were “fraudulent” because there was no standardized weight for paper used. Apparently the only thing that seemed worthwhile for their purposes was 23,000 or so voters whose addresses didn’t “match-up” with a commercial data base, which of course does not “self-update” and thus is unreliable. Cyber Ninjas did not use Maricopa County’s own data base, which would have been more accurate.
Of course the only information
that actually mattered—the vote count—was treated like an afterthought, stuck
in the back pages. The first sections of the report were apparently placed so
with the intention of making them appear
to carry more “weight” than the actual results. But instead of “crushing” the
actual numbers, the affect was more like putting Styrofoam on a concrete
foundation. Despite the fact that Maricopa County has already released on its website detailed information refuting all of the election fraud myths being propagated, the hypocritical Fann still felt it necessary to hand over the Cyber Ninjas phony claims to the state attorney general for "further research."
There is much to learn from this audit—and most of it has to do with the fraudsters who were involved with this. The oversight committee in the U.S. House of Representatives is repeating its demands that Logan provide it with documents about how they came to be picked to do this audit even though they had no prior experience in auditing elections, who was funding it, and whether it had any connections with Trump. Logan has been called to testify next month, but he continues to stonewall the committee and media outlets in the releasing of the documents, which the Arizona State Supreme Court had ordered Cyber Ninjas to do, since they at least partially used state funding for the audit.
Of course you can’t expect idiots and conspiracy fanatics to finally say “Well maybe we were wrong” about all of this. Arizona’s audit was the one that “promised” to be the one most amenable to “proving” their “stolen election” claims, and it failed miserably. But that of course didn’t stop Trump putting his own psychopathic megalomaniacal “spin” on the results, and he is doubling-down on his demands that other states to do their own wasteful audits—which only proves that he continues to be the biggest threat to democracy this country has ever had. Fox News? Brett Bair did mention something about the result, but otherwise it acted as if Fox News viewers wouldn’t be interested in such things as the truth.
